World Voucher Shop – Terms and Conditions

(For the sake of simplicity for World Voucher Shop customers, as well as for the purpose of structurally separating the different rights and responsibilities of the following User and Seller, the Terms and Conditions are divided into two parts, one for ‘User Agreement’ and the other for ‘Seller Agreement’.)

User Agreement

World Voucher Shop is a commercial marketplace that brings the buyer and seller directly. World Voucher Shop accepts your payments for products placed by sellers on the basis of an agreement previously negotiated with them. World Voucher Shop will not constitute as a party in your transaction with the seller and is not responsible for any directly or indirectly caused damages and/or losses that may arise in case of default of either party. World Voucher Shop does not interfere with the process of your transaction, but provides a convenient interface for it. World Voucher Shop cannot guarantee that the seller is 100% honest. World Voucher Shop is not responsible for product quality and is responsible for the timely delivery of product after payment only.

Seller Agreement

The Seller agrees to list accurate product details, pricing, and delivery timelines. The Seller is responsible for fulfilling the order in accordance with the agreed terms. World Voucher Shop facilitates transactions but is not responsible for disputes arising from product quality, delivery delays, or misrepresentation.
